The Research Contracts team supports the Dell Medical School (Dell Med) by reviewing, negotiating, and processing all agreements related to Dell Med Research Enterprise. These agreements include nondisclosure, data use, and material transfer agreements. Our team also negotiates any consortium contracts, master agreements, or other one-off contracts needed to facilitate research conducted by Dell Med. Please note that service contracts and other business-related contracts are processed through Dell Med Legal Affairs. You can access a list of UT Contract Types and what they include here.
