Cultural well-being is the ability to practice one’s own cultural background, as well as learning about and appreciating others’ cultures. It also includes the ability to use this knowledge to work towards building welcoming environments.

The Office of Opportunity, Engagement & Impact promotes health professions pathways, supports well-being and fosters a sense of belonging among faculty, staff, students, residents and fellows at Dell Medical School.
The Women’s Community Center (WCC), formerly known as The Gender & Sexuality Center, is a place for Longhorns of all genders to connect, find resources, and get support around experiences of intersectionality, community, and gender solidarity.
The Dell Medical Muslim Society (MMS) is a student organization that welcomes Muslim students, physicians and leaders to explore the inherent intersection between Islam and medicine.
Intervarsity is a national organization with a Dell Med student chapter. It's purpose is to establish and advance witnessing communities of students and others who follow Jesus as Savior and Lord: growing in love for God, God’s Word, God’s people of every ethnicity and culture and God’s purposes in the world.
