The Research Contracts and Clinical Trial Agreement (Research Contracts) team supports the Dell Medical School (Dell Med) by reviewing, negotiating and processing all agreements related to Dell Med Research Enterprise. These agreements include nondisclosure agreements, data use agreements, material transfer agreements and clinical trial agreements. Our team also negotiates any consortium contracts, master agreements or other one-off contracts needed to facilitate research conducted by Dell Med. Please note that service contracts and other business-related contracts are processed through Dell Med Legal Affairs. You can access a list of UT Contract Types and what they include here.
