The Operations team, in collaboration with other Office of Research leaders and team members, provides operational support to the Assistant Dean and Vice Dean of Research and facilitates the research mission and vision for Dell Medical School. Specific areas supported include:

• Coordination/project management and collection and analysis of information to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Process improvement facilitation & implementation of systems: request forms, dashboards, spreadsheets, etc. for Office of Research (OOR) services, and/or initiatives.
• Communications creation & management: emails, intranet site, process questions, presentations, & other documentation.
• School-level procedural barriers to conducting research: facilitates solutions.
• Administrative operations: creates & manages research operations budget, hiring, purchasing, etc.
