Faculty Annual Evaluations
In alignment with UT System Regents Rules and University policy, the annual evaluation cycle occurs from November - March each year, and requires:
- Regular faculty members must be evaluated annually.
- Affiliate faculty are evaluated on a triennial evaluation cycle (every three years; this occurs concurrently with regular faculty evaluations from November to March each year.
Dell Med Human Resources (HR) manages the process each year with guidance on review content and assessment provided by OFAA. Communication on departmental deadlines and instruction to complete annual evaluations will come from the department faculty affairs representative.
Some departments may require receipt of training completion*. Ask your departmental Faculty Affairs representative if this is an expectation in your department.
