COMSEP COACH Program: Creating Committed, Academic Coaches
The in-person program includes pre-meeting orientation materials, welcome reception, and a one-and-a-half-day conference taught by certified coaches that will include large group sessions and peer coaching practice. This is followed by longitudinal learning and practice during monthly conference calls via zoom, and a final half day virtual capstone course and celebration.
